The standard test ride experience lasts approximately 45 minutes, which includes a brief orientation (15 minutes) and actual riding time (30 minutes). This gives you enough time to experience the key features of your selected Bug-X e-bike model.

Yes! If time and availability permit, you can test multiple models during your session. We recommend booking a test ride during weekdays or early mornings for more flexibility with test riding multiple models.

We understand plans change. You can reschedule or cancel your test ride up to 24 hours before your appointment without any penalty. Simply contact us via email or phone to make changes to your booking.

Yes, test riders must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID. Riders between 16-17 years may test ride with a parent or guardian present who must sign a consent form.
